Provided to all eligible full-time employees on their eligible date. Company pays approximately 75% of the premium and the employee pays 25%. Our employees have seen only moderate increases in their premium paid over the past several years and benefits have continued to improve over that period of time.
Short Term Disability Insurance
Provided to all eligible full-time employees. The Company pays 100% of the premium.
Life Insurance
Provided to all eligible full-time employees. The Company pays 100% of the premium. Policy provides $10,000 of life insurance coverage.
Voluntary Life Insurance
Offered to all eligible full-time employees at a reduced cost. Employees may choose between $25,000 and $150,000 in additional life Insurance. The cost is based on the employees’ age. Spouse and dependent coverage is also available.
Vision and Dental Insurance (Pre-Tax)
Offered to all eligible full-time employees at a reduced cost. Cost varies based on the plan structure. See chart on the front for pricing.
Voluntary Long Term Disability Insurance
Offered to all eligible full-time employees at reduced cost. Employees may choose coverage up to 60% of their monthly base salary. The cost of this coverage is based on the employees’ age.
Accident Insurance (Pre-Tax)
Offered to all eligible full-time employees. Provided through AFLAC. Cost varies based on the plan structure.
Other Benefits
401(K) Plan
Employees may be eligible for the plan after 1 year of service. Company will match 100% of the first 3% the employee contributes and 50% on the next 2%.
To simplify, if the employee contributes 5% of their pay, the Company will contribute 4% of their pay. The Company match is vested immediately.
Profit Sharing
Provided to all employees that are eligible for the 401(k) plan. Profit sharing is not guaranteed and based exclusively on the annual success of the Company.
Paid Time Off
Full-time employees begin to accrue paid time off after sixty days of service. Please refer to the Employee Handbook for details.
Holidays
We recognize and pay all employees for 7 Holidays during the calendar year: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Please refer to the Employee Handbook for details.
